Situated within the green belt and adjacent to a grade II listed building we obtained planning for two phases of new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows.

Phase 1 was the refurbishment of ten units and Phase 2 for eight new build units.

We designed and project-managed the entire scheme from start to finish.
